Prior to establishing North American Funding Corp. in 1989 Mr. Tyll was Senior Vice President of Paine Webber Capital Markets. In addition, Mr. Tyll is President and Chief Executive Officer of TYLAV, Inc., a national health care capital financing company, and Kapital Title and Abstract Services, Inc. an Agent of TICOR Title Insurance Company. In total, Mr. Tyll has completed over $12 billion in financing's for his clients. Mr. Tyll received his degree in Business Administration from Siena College in 1970.

 Colleen White Tyll

Ms. Tyll has been Vice President of Kapital Title and Abstract Service, Inc since 1996. Due to her extensive background in title insurance and survey reading, Ms. Tyll is responsible for obtaining and reviewing the Title Commitment required for each mortgage loan application. She also serves as a liaison between NAFC and the New York State Banking Department and is responsible for the Company’s compliance with all State and Federal banking regulations. Ms. Tyll is currently Secretary of the Albany Adirondack Chapter of the Association of Professional Mortgage Women and a member of Business Network International.

Ms. Rosetti has been working with real estate attorneys for the last 17 years. She has a versed career working for and in the title industry. She is the liason between mortgage brokers and title companies. While balancing these duties she makes sure that the mortgage financing is accurate and that all parties fully understand the documentation they have been asked to sign. With this ability it allows our clients to fully have that piece of mind when dealing with their greatest investment of their time, their home.

Todd M. Dusse

Todd Dusse has been working in the mortgage industry for the last ten years. He originally started his career at NAFC and proceeded to move West to work for a variety of lenders in California where he further acquired skills as an underwriter and a sales associate. In the summer of 2006 it was time to head back East for family and to bring his financing knowledge back to his community. He has since re-united with NAFC and resides in his hometown of Clifton Park. Mr. Dusse is a contributing member of the Twin Bridges Rotary, So. Saratoga Chamber of Commerce & BRNG networking group.

 Renae Salerno

During Ms. Salerno's 15 year career in mortgage banking, she has gained an extensive knowledge of all aspects of the mortgage business. Beginning her career as a Mortgage Processor and Junior Underwriter she advanced further by moving into a management training program for a national finance company. Upon immediate hire Renae was quickly promoted to management. This employment enabled her to develop relationships with local attorneys, appraisers, title companies, brokers and bankers. As a manager, she was able to develop her mentoring and training skills further. These additional skills provided Ms. Salerno the opportunity to move into wholesale lending. With such an extensive background in wholesale lending, she has gained a vast knowledge of the conforming and non-conforming industry. While working with over 50 brokers in several counties Renae has developed an excellent reputation in her field. Due to the unforeseen terminal illness of her son, Renae took an extended leave of absence from the industry. She has since returned to the industry and again furthered her learning curve to specialize in construction lending. Now she has brought her valuable knowledge to North American Funding Corp. and successfully operates her own independent office in Greene County.
